# 'Elementary Mathematics' series

These books are intended as a way of recording results of elementary mathematics and to educate beginners to mathematics. Consequently, they are created with the following goals in mind:
- Little to no set theory notation
- Focus on correct mathematical intuition without emphasis of proof

## Prerequisites
The following books are foundational and hence have no prerequisite:
- arithmetic (fundamentals)
- geometry (fundamentals)

The following books habe the following prerequisite structure:
- algebra has arithmetic as a prerequisite
- geometry has algebra (at least fundamentals) as a prerequisite
- calculus has arithmetic, geometry, and algebra as prerequisites

Essentially, we have the following chain as the dependency structure.
arithmetic > algebra > geometry > calculus

## Structure of books
These books are split into 3 parts
- Fundamentals; introduction to the rudiements of the field (assumed knowledge varies)
- Advanced; more advanced techniques and concepts frequently employed in the field (fundamentals is assumed knowledge)
- Miscellaneous; rather specific subfields of the field that are not fundamental nor frequently encountered (assumed knowledge varies)
